Laminated Sail

Much stiffer than expected but really interesting, more of a thin plastic like material than fabric. I'm going to try to make a bag with it - need waterproof on a small boat. I wish there were tips for sewing with this, and a pattern!

The sailcloth was much stiffer than I anticipated. I will try to use it anyway.

I received my order yesterday evening. I was not only pleased with the product and the timeliness of the delivery - it came with a little candy stapled to the invoice. I know this is silly, but we were in the middle of a snowstorm and I had a 3 hour drive, coupled with my favorite sandwich shop running out of bread. I was just wiped out. When I found that little personal touch, it turned my evening around. Thanks so much!
Great product, service, quick delivery

Laminate Sail Cloth
Jul 24, 2017 | By Paul DiMarco
I love this stuff. I make all sorts of things for my boat (and around the house) out of it. I know that keeping it in stock is hard to do. It would be great if you got the non-seconds stuff from the manufacturer and sold it at regular retail price - for 1 or 2 yards for a project, that probably will not matter much if it is more expensive.
Light-weight racing sailcloth laminate

This material is working very well for several projects (making special aerodynamic hardware fairings for hang gliders). Shipment was very quick and the communication friendly and efficient.

Racing Sail Cloth

Excellent Product. I use this for my Racing Sailboat Whirligigs. Seems to be a very strong fabric and I believe it will hold up to the harsh winter temperatures, rain and sometimes snow. Looking forward to seeing how it does hold up.
Great fabric

The "seconds" of kevlar mylar sailcloth was exactly what I was looking for to add some flair to my sailcloth bag projects. Couldn't be happier with the product or the extremely fast delivery. Thanks so much. Will definitely order from you guys again.
Seconds Are Good

The sail racing laminate cloth may not be suitable for sails but other uses for it are up to your creativity. I add panels to fishing lure storage bags and other things that make those items stand out from what everybody else makes. The price is right and it's a lot easier than cutting up over the hill sails.
